Your Nine-Day Wellness Immersion in Bali
Day 1: Arrival in Bali — Settle In
Arrive at Denpasar and transfer by private car into the jungle-fringed hills of Ubud. Welcome smoothie and a slow walk through your retreat's gardens. Evening: a gentle restorative yoga session and a light plant-based dinner.

Day 2: Ubud — Begin the Practice
Sunrise vinyasa class. Breakfast at leisure. Mid-morning: a guided walk through Campuhan Ridge and a private meditation session at a quiet hilltop temple. Afternoon at leisure. Evening: yin yoga and pranayama.
Day 3: Ubud — Healing and Cleansing
Sunrise yoga. After breakfast, transfer to Tirta Empul for a guided melukat (water purification) ritual with a Balinese priest. Lunch at a quiet warung. Afternoon: one-on-one Balian healer consultation. Evening: rest, journal, optional restorative yoga.
Day 4: Ubud — Sound and Stillness
Sunrise yoga. Morning: jamu (Indonesian herbal medicine) workshop with a local healer, including market visit and tonic-making. Afternoon: two-hour private sound bath ceremony with gongs, crystal bowls and chanting. Evening: silent dinner in the retreat garden.
Day 5: Ubud — A Day for You
This day is yours. Options include a Balinese flower bath, an Ayurvedic massage, a private cooking class with a vegan chef, a temple visit, or simply long hours in a hammock. Evening: yin yoga.
Day 6: Sidemen — Into the Mountains
Late-morning private transfer to Sidemen valley, a quiet emerald basin below Mount Agung. Settle into your meditation-focused retreat. Afternoon: walking meditation through the rice terraces with the resident teacher. Evening: silent dinner.

Day 7: Sidemen — Silence and Surrender
Sunrise meditation followed by a gentle hatha class. The day is intentionally unstructured — long meals, reading, journaling, hiking, or doing nothing at all. Evening: a Balinese priest-led blessing ceremony in the retreat shrine.
Day 8: Return to South Bali — A Soft Landing
Slow morning practice. Late-morning transfer south to a quiet boutique by Sanur or Canggu beach. Afternoon at the beach or pool. Evening: a closing dinner of fresh seafood (or vegan equivalent) by the sea.

Day 9: Departure — Carry the Practice Home
Final morning yoga session by the ocean. Breakfast, a closing intention ceremony, and a private transfer to Denpasar airport for your flight home — softer, lighter, slower.
